Do I need to know anything about websites?
Just your business. Share your business details, type of work, photos and any websites you like. Orbit drafts your copy and design, then gives you one strong first version to review.
What can I build with Orbit?
Both plans cover up to five brochure pages, with two initial revision rounds. Online stores, complex migrations and bespoke integrations are outside the launch scope. You’ll see the scope before checkout.
What counts as an update?
One completed change request counts as one update. Ask for text, photo, styling or layout changes within your five-page website. Corrections and failed attempts don’t use your allowance. You review and approve changes before publication.
What happens after 20 updates?
You can buy 20 more updates for A$20 whenever you need them. It’s a one-off purchase, with no automatic top-ups. Included updates reset each billing month; purchased updates carry over while your subscription stays active. We use your monthly allowance first.
Who owns my domain?
You do. Connect an existing domain, or choose an eligible standard domain within the included allowance. Orbit handles hosting and, for an Orbit-managed domain, registration and renewals while you subscribe. Eligible extensions and the allowance will be stated before checkout.
Does Momentum reply to customers for me?
Momentum acknowledges receipt of an enquiry. You handle the personal conversation by email or phone and mark it Contacted, Booked or Closed. Owner reminders help you follow up; Orbit does not automatically chase your customers.
Will Orbit bring me new leads?
Momentum helps you capture and follow up on interest in your business. Advertising, purchased leads and guaranteed enquiry volumes are not included.
When do I pay, and can I cancel?
At launch, you’ll choose a plan, sign in and pay before starting self-service onboarding. There’s no separate initial build fee. Cancel before renewal and your site stays live through the paid month, with website, image and enquiry exports and domain handover. Final service and tax terms will be shown before payment.
